What data Executive Coaching AS collects and where it’s kept:

If you engaged in 1:1 services Executive Coaching AS collected your name, email address, phone number and questions relevant to the conducting of the session. This data is held within TidyCal.

If you purchase an online course or product, Executive Coaching AS collects your name, email address, and IP address. This data is held within Paypal, Stripe, MailChimp, PayHip and/or TidyCal. The privacy policy of third-party companies applies to their collection, use and disclosure of your information.

The purpose for this information:

This basic personal data is needed in order to contact you regarding your product or service, and to monitor your progress.

You will not be added to any other marketing lists unless you have opted in to those yourself. If you are also an email subscriber, please see the Email Subscriber section below to see how your data is used in that context.

This data allows Executive Coaching AS to analyze web traffic. This analysis is about general trends rather than you as an individual, and your IP address is encoded and not visible to us.

Your information will be kept until you notify me otherwise; you have the right to be forgotten so contact me if you would like your data to be destroyed subject to a Executive Coaching AS legitimate legal interest.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, Executive Coaching AS may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive.

Alternatively, Executive Coaching AS may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

Executive Coaching AS tries to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take me longer than a month if your request is particularly complex, or you have made several requests. In this case, I will notify you and keep you updated.
